Terms and Conditions

Billing and Payment: The first charge for your lawn subscription service will be sent via email on the Sunday following the completion of your first cut. Subsequent charges will be billed automatically on the Sunday following the completion of each additional cut. Payment must be made online via credit or debit card.

 

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription in advance of your scheduled cut week by contacting us via phone or email before the end of the day on Sunday of the week you intend to cancel. We will ensure that automatic payments are canceled for any skipped weeks.

 

Cancellation of Subscription: You have the right to cancel your lawn subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone. You must pay for any services that have already been provided. 

 

Services Included: Basic Lawn Care includes cutting the grass, edging, weed whipping around obstacles, and blowing off sidewalks/driveways as needed.

 

Price Adjustment: The lawn subscription price is subject to change after the first cut if new variables are discovered about the property that add to our time on-site (e.g., uneven ground, obstacles in the yard). Subscription prices are re-evaluated at the beginning of each new year.

 

Service Duration: The lawn subscription service time spans from April to early November. If you require additional cuts outside of this time frame, they will be billed and scheduled one at a time.
